I was originally a little leery. It took 2 years and a day of looking at BMW M3/4’s. Everyone had something that put me off. I walk into Auto Imports Miami and was greeted right away with “ look around let us know if you need help.” Not the typical pushy car sales man.. I had see 100 plus HD pictures of a 2016 M4 on there website and the car was as clean as the photos. I took 40 minutes looking over the car for something wrong and couldn’t find a thing. Spoke to Sean and said I want this one.. Sean took me though every detail of the car and paperwork. The car was cleaned of my fingerprints and looked like it was off the factory line. This is not the typical used car lot. They only have the best high end/high quality inventory with the humbleness people want when buying a car. They will be my only used car dealer I use in south Florida.

My experience with Auto Imports Miami was exceptional. Sean Manor is a genuinely good person and as honest as they come. I contacted them on the 27th regarding a Frozen Black 750 BMW they just posted. I had so much detailed information that day that I placed my non-refundable deposit the next morning. We completed the transaction and the BMW was shipped and delivered to me in NC by Monday the 3rd. This was the first car I’ve ever purchased without physically test driving it nor personally seeing it (only through the detailed pictures and videos they provided). When we received the BMW, it was perfect. Far exceeded all of our expectations. Took it to our local BMW dealer and everything was as promised. I have nothing but absolute praise and respect for honest people which Sean and his crew certainly are. My highest recommendations to this car dealer, I will definitely buy from this group again!! Great experience! Staff are very professional and are there to help you along the process; I promise you will not feel pushed into buying anything nor will hear any sales pitch. They take pride in customer service and they deserve all five stars. In my personal experience, the BMW I bought needed a couple of items fixed and the owner rolled up his sleeves and fixed it for me. Furthermore they replaced a battery on the car at no extra charge. All due to the fact that Auto Imports Miami stick to their word and you can trust on it. If they said they'll do it, they mean it. I would highly recommend Auto Imports Miami to friends and family. The car was priced competitively even though it was as unique as the rest of the dream cars in this extremely clean and well-kept shop.
Everyone there, from the owner to the multiple members of the staff that helped us throughout the process, was knowledgable and kind, especially Sean and Zee, and Uzo. The love that the owner has for cars is evident, and his taste is excellent.
Noteworthy, also, is what this shop doesn't have; hidden fees or boring cars.
